Are you passionate about financial markets and technology? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment? Join our Structured Products Platform team as an intern and help shape the future of digital infrastructure supporting structured products across Global Markets.
You’ll get to:
- support the development and enhancement of tools and platforms used for pricing, quoting, and lifecycle management of structured products.
- collaborate with product leads, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and test new features.
- analyze data and contribute to performance and usage reporting.
- learn about our products and front-to-back processes as well as our UBS collaborative culture
Your team
You’ll be working in the Structured Products Platform team in Opfikon, which is part of our IB Quants organization within the Investment Bank. We shape, coordinate and collaborate business projects and the structured products platform build out across the whole of Global Markets and the broader firm in addition to our business aligned services in Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance. We are a diverse team located across Opfikon, London, Hong Kong and the US and our team members come from various educational backgrounds. This diversity helps us to bring different disciplines together to produce tangible results and transform our business.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- has previous internship experience, preferably in financial services
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
Start Date: 1st October 2025

Your program
This paid internship will last 6-12 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
