Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world’s top financial institutions? We’re looking for ambitious students with interest in digitalization and digital topics to join our 2025 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

  • contribute to our ambition to push client digital adoption and increase digital tool usage of our Wealth Management International (WMI) Client Advisors
  • develop & support rollout coordination of digital tools & features within WMI by closely collaborating with the Agile Delivery Organization
  • collaborate with our Digital Communication team on the creation of our Digital Product Newsletter & content for our Digital Product pages
  • play a part in maintaining the WMI Digital Ambassador Community and support the preparation of our Digital Ambassador Exchange Meetings
  • support daily management of digital products and tools for Client Advisors and clients
  • collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
  • build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
  • develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
  • attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zurich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

You’ll be working in the Innovation & Experience team within GWM EMEA Chief of Staff in Zurich. We are a diverse team who covers a wide range of topics including Digital Enablement where our ambition is to increase client digital adoption and CA digital tool usage. We cover the Wealth Management International segment and collaborate with various stakeholders such as front colleagues and the Agile Delivery Organization.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
  • has excellent English (written and oral)
  • has a strong interest in digital topics
  • has a good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is comfortable speaking in front of people (no stage fright)
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: 1st February 2026

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
