Work description

The Foreign Language Coordination of lnstituto Tecnol6gico de Durango is looking for a committed and enthusiastic English language instructor to teach students at beginner, intermediate, and/or advanced levels. The primary goal is to develop students' communicative skills in English while promoting cultural awareness of English-speaking countries. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Plan and deliver English lessons tailored to different levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

- Design and implement dynamic, communicative activities that encourage active student participation. 

- Assess student progress through exams, assignments, and dass participation.

- Provide continuous Feedback to support learning development.

- Integrale cultural aspects to help students better understand the language context.

- Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed.

Qualifications: 

- Advanced or native-level English proficiency.

- Previous experience teaching English as a second language.

- Knowledge of teaching methodologies and evaluation based on CEFR .

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students.

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Languages, or related fields (preferred).

- ITEP, TOEFL, or equivalent certification is a plus.
