Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Digital Adoption and Enablement team in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

  • empower our front businesses to efficiently use our innovative channels and platforms (e.g., Digital Banking)
  • drive forward the adoption of our organization’s AI vision by supporting diverse rollout initiatives
  • ensure transparency and awareness of technical deliveries by creating innovative and user-friendly content (e.g., rollout overviews, internal communications, educational videos)
  • contribute to the education of Product Owners to ensure standardized rollout practices

Your team

You will be working in the Products, Channels & Marketing area within the “Personal & Corporate Banking” division, where we are driving the bank’s transformation and product development. As part of the “CoE Rollout & Internal Communication” team, you will be at the heart of digital transformation in banking, collaborating closely with colleagues from various departments across the bank. We are a highly motivated team, passionate about digital innovation and the empowerment of our key stakeholders. If you want to contribute to our strategic initiatives, act as a digital ambassador, and push the bank’s digitalization, you will feel right with us.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
  • has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
  • has a strong interest in digital topics within the financial services industry
  • possesses strong conceptual skills, the ability to structure complex topics, and an affinity for process improvement
  • is proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and is technically savvy
  • has excellent German and English language skills

Start date: 1 March 2026 or by agreement

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
