Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- contribute to governance processes by preparing documentation, tracking actions, and coordinating with stakeholders across I&MB and CIC
- will prepare senior management briefings and reporting, coordinate and prepare business reviews and strategy sessions Support in planning, organizing, and executing key initiatives, events.
- collaborate with internal partners to ensure efficient operations and alignment with I&MB’s strategic priorities
- develop a strong understanding of the I&MB business, its client segments, and UBS’s broader strategy
Your team
You’ll be part of the Chief of Staff Office within Institutional & Multinational Banking (I&MB). Our team supports the I&MB leadership by driving strategic alignment, coordinating business‑critical processes, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. We interact across CIC, UBS Switzerland, and global functions
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is fluent in German and in English, additional languages are a plus
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- is thrilled to work in an international environment
Start Date: 1st September 2026

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
