Join our Advisory Graduate Programme (AGP) and accelerate your career in top-tier consulting. This structured 24-month curriculum offers a unique opportunity to rotate through four distinct service areas, providing you with a holistic view of the business landscape before you specialize.
Within the Management Consulting domain, you will focus on operational excellence, large-scale transformation, and strategic implementation across diverse industries.
Upon successful completion of the programme, you will transition into a permanent Consultant role, aligned with your strengths and long-term career aspirations.
Your Impact
- Conduct in-depth research on organizations, industries, and market trends. Facilitate high-level interviews and workshops to gather critical stakeholder insights and define the current state.
- Identify core business challenges, perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and synthesize findings into actionable, high-value recommendations.
- Analyze and redesign complex business processes and operating models to drive efficiency, optimization, and sustainable change.
- Translate strategy into action by developing robust implementation plans. Support execution management, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
- Define KPIs, monitor project progress, and evaluate outcomes to ensure long-term, sustainable organizational impact.
- Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups through professionally managed workshops, steering committees, and client meetings.
- Contribute to the success of client engagements through active project management, including resource coordination, planning, and rigorous delivery tracking.

Your Skill Set
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline with a strong academic record.
- Up to one year of professional experience (internships or full-time) within consulting, a high-growth start-up, or a corporate strategy environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problems, pay close attention to detail, and derive data-driven insights.
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset capable of navigating ambiguity and thinking critically about business issues.
- The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- A highly adaptable working style suitable for fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. You are a dedicated team player who brings fresh perspectives and a positive, “can-do” attitude to solving complex client challenges.
- Fluency in German and English, with willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
