Join our Advisory Graduate Programme (AGP) and accelerate your career in top-tier consulting. This structured 24-month curriculum offers a unique opportunity to rotate through four distinct service areas, providing you with a holistic view of the business landscape before you specialize.

The Risk Consulting domain helps clients navigate financial and non financial risks, meet regulatory expectations and build trust in a complex world.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will transition into a permanent Consultant role, aligned with your strengths and long-term career aspirations.

Your Impact

• Join projects across financial and non-financial risk, from capital and liquidity to operational risk, compliance, cyber security, operational resilience, recovery & resolution and model risk.
• Learn how end to end risk frameworks work in practice, from identifying top risks and setting risk appetite to designing controls, monitoring key metrics and preparing risk reports for management and regulators.
• Contribute to high-impact consulting projects where you design and improve risk and control frameworks and contribute to audit and review engagements that independently test how well these frameworks work in practice.
• Work with banks and other organisations, see how regulators assess risk and compliance, and understand how institutions are challenged and audited on their risk profile.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical processes, tools and recommendations that fit clients’ business models and strategic goals.
• Work closely with specialists in financial risk, cyber, operational resilience, regulation and governance, and experience how multidisciplinary teams solve complex client problems.
• Apply and continuously strengthen your analytical skills in real projects, from understanding new regulations and analysing data to connecting your knowledge and turning it into tangible impact for clients.

Your Skill Set

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to one year of experience in risk analysis, modelling, consulting, or strategy; knowledge of credit risk, capital, or liquidity requirements is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to understand complex systems.
• Ability to translate complex insights into clear messages for different audiences.
• High level of commitment and drive, with a proactive mindset to contribute ideas, seek feedback, and take responsibility early on.
• Flexible and open-minded, comfortable working on new topics and adapting to changing priorities in dynamic, collaborative, and deadline-driven environments.
• Fluency in German and English, with willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
