We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business.

You’ll get to:

• rotate across different books within GFIW, gaining hands on exposure to multiple perspectives across the different regions and developing a global understanding of the business
• collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to help deliver bespoke client solutions, gaining insight into cross bank coordination and client servicing
• build a strong understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, and how these elements shape the way we serve our clients
• develop professionally by building a strong network of mentors and business contacts among experienced professionals and leaders across GFIW
• attend learning sessions and educational events led by senior leaders, gaining senior level insight into the firm, its strategic priorities, and career paths within GFIW

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zürich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) represent a unique partnership between UBS Global Wealth Management and UBS Investment Bank, serving some of the world’s most prominent institutional Family Office clients. These clients require both wealth management and investment banking services, often across multiple jurisdictions and booking centers. GFIW delivers comprehensive and highly tailored financial solutions to address the complex needs of our clients.

You will be a member of the GFIW LatAm team, based in Zurich. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in the provision of bespoke client services and will serve as part of the client coverage team, you will collaborate closely with relationship managers and client advisors to manage, preserve, and grow client wealth through strong partnership at every stage of the client journey.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• demonstrates strong financial literacy and a solid understanding of financial markets
• possesses strong MS Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
• has graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• has excellent English (written and spoken); fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred, and German is a plus
• shares our values: hard working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• has a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a fast paced environment with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 months, with the possibility of a six‑month extension and potential progression into other programs thereafter. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
