Interested in working in finance, and have a passion for technology, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Group Operations and Technology Office Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
- analyze the strategic impact of blockchain, smart contracts, and programmable cash on banking products, services, and processes
- support the development of business cases and roadmaps for digital asset adoption and innovation
- research market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity in digital finance and Web3
- collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and new product offerings
- contribute to the creation of presentations, case studies, and training materials to support knowledge sharing and informed decision‑making
Your team
You’ll be working in the Group Operations and Technology Office located in Zurich. We’re responsible for sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our world-class technology solutions. We’re a global organization with multiple streams that align with each of the key functional areas within UBS to ensure that our solutions meet business needs.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date, preferably in a MINT topic
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- shows a clear interest in digital assets, fintech, or blockchain through academic studies, internships, or extracurricular activities
- possesses strong analytical and presentation abilities
- is eager to learn and make an impact in a dynamic, innovative setting
We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
Start date: 1st of September 2026
Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
