Position - Cosmetic products from camel milk by products developer

Activities - Plant-based milk processing. Formulation, Nutrition composition analysis, sensory analysis, packaging, labeling. Plant-based milk processing. Ues localy available legumes e.g. Mung bean/green gram, Bambara nuts or extract the white extract (milk) through wet miling. Separate the "milk". 

Formulation: Addition of other supporting ingredients including source of fat, emulsifiers, colourants, preservatives.

Nutritional composition: Analyze macronutrients and micronutrients.

Physicochemical analysis: Colour, pH, Turbidity, Viscosity, TA

Microbial quality assessment: Assesses the microbial safety of the product.

Sensory analysis: Conduct consumer acceptability through consumer tasting.

Packaging: Evaluate diferent package including glas and plastic botle packages Labeling: Design hte product label including hte brand name.
