The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact
- Analyse and document new logistic processes for customer support team
- Define Field technicians tooling management system and deploy it in the field
- Support the implementation of 5S organization in the warranty workshop
- Identify Carnet ATA system requirements and propose an efficient solution for the activity
- Establish lesson learnt and deploy for similar activities (e.g. tools submitted to calibration)
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Activity Based Risk Analysis (ABRAs)
- Identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities
- Prepare technical reports and presentations on project progress and results
Your background
- Enrolled in Master or Bachelor (advanced technician) in process, industrial, or mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of process engineering fundamentals Experience with CAD tools such as Creo
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential, knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA) is a plus
- Proficiency in French and English, written and spoken
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent attention to detail, proactive and autonomy
- Effective team communicator who shows technical curiosity, and adapts well to dynamic industrial environments
