We’re looking for strong team players to join our 2026 Internship Program within Group Brand & Marketing.
You’ll get to:
- support the sponsorship team in developing compelling sponsorship proposals and activation plans
- collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary assets and information for sponsorship activations
- conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark sponsorship strategies
- support the team in maintaining relationships with sponsorship partners and ensuring timely fulfillment of sponsorship benefits
- support sponsorship request management, sponsorship project coordination and processes
- contribute to the creation of sponsorship reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- contribute to the measurement/performance optimization of our sponsorships and partnerships
- support Employee and community activation of our platforms
- provide administrative support to the sponsorship department as needed
Your team
You’ll be working in the International Sponsorship & Partnership team based in Zurich. We manage and activate UBS’ international sponsorship platforms; our partnership with the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team, the Pinarello Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team or Art Basel, to meet the firm’s business and brand objectives. Working closely with other marketing, sponsorship and events teams across the organization and different time zones is our day-to-day work.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- has passion about sponsorships, marketing, and event management - ideally with an interest in sports
- has strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- has an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style, with the confidence to take initiative and a desire to learn
- is proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- has ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- has flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- has positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- is fluent in English, any other language skills are a plus

Your program
This paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
