Your role

Are you confident to work in a fast moving environment? Are you willing to become part of a team and
contribute to success? We are looking for someone like you! You’ll

• respond to inquiries and requests from Ultra High Net Worth senior management
• work on growth-related initiatives and projects for UHNW

• support in organizing various internal events such as the UHNW Management Conference, Townhall
  meetings and Desk Head roundtables

• support the team in day-to-day business management activities

Your team

You’ll be working in the UHNW Business Management team in Zurich. We are a dynamic and highly
motivated team that supports the Head UHNW and the Chief of Staff UHNW in all aspects of their
business.

Your expertise

You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have obtained your master’s degree within 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• good communication skills, comfortable at interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality
• a very good command of Microsoft office tools, in particular MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
• excellent verbal and written English skills

But we’d also like to see evidence that you can:

• analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
• plan, organize and make things happen
• work in a team
• be creative, come up with ideas

Start date: as soon as possible / November 2018
Duration: 6 months
