Your role

Do you want to be part of Group Operations? Are you ready to take on ownership and responsibility in the back office? Are you ready to work in the factory of the bank? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Take the first step in building a career in the Service Delivery
  • To play an active part in the Service Delivery
  • Work hard to bring the department to the next level
  • Experience three unique rotations within Service Delivery that will show you how the bank works

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Your team

You’ll be working in the CH / EMEA Service Delivery area in greater Zurich. The CH / EMEA Service Delivery is part of Group Operations and ensures that our clients are provided with top service. We roughly have 2’500 employees and you will be one of them. You will see the work of operations teams and be part of daily business in Client Lifecycle Management. And last but not least you will be on a job rotation for 6 months.

Your expertise

You need have completed either your bachelor’s or master’s degree. In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team excellent
  • fluent German and English skills (written and oral), French is an advantage

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
