Our products are used in the segments of energy transmission and distribution, transportation, e-mobility, industry and renewable energies. The product portfolio comprises IGBTs, IGCTs, Thyristors, GTOs and Diodes in the power range of 150 up to 12000 A and 200 up to 8500 V at the highest levels of quality. Within our product evaluation and qualification group, we are continuously building up new hardware and software tools, continuously improving our work quality and efficiency. The software part has gained a lot of momentum by the raise of more preferment systems, data handling capabilities and ease of programming. Today, we are looking for a highly motivated software developer eager to working in an engineering environment. Tasks:
- Coordinate programming activities within the group
- Continuously development and improvement of our software tools
- Support the implementation of new functionalities requested by the group
- Support test system development
- Support the development and implementation of a strategy for our data handling
- Take up the responsibility of our group internal network
- Regulate and support the access to our network and software tools
- Support hardware decision to enforce sustainability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or similar experience
- Hands-on experience with Python preferred
- Knowledge of hardware system development is a plus
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- High curiosity and broad technical interest
- Strong team player
