Your role

Are you responsive, enthusiastic and you can work hard to achieve results? Are you interested engaging with colleagues to capture and disseminate organizational knowledge in a clear and concise way? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • be part of a team which develops and manages in-house training for the Group Data Management Office
  • offer logical, realistic, yet creative input for training delivery
  • produce engaging support material for staff
  • contribute to and maintain our internal homepage
  • bring your own learning and development experiences to the table

Internship
Our 6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Group Data Management Office team in Zürich. We are a center of excellence within Group Operations. We partner across the firm to deliver on Group Wide Mandate to ensure robust governance, over the collection, propagation, quality and usage of the firm’s data.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • a structured work style, confident working autonomously
  • the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
  • know-how gained from experience (or internship) in adult education, marketing or similar
  • a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
  • excellent English (written and oral)
