Work you’ll do:

As part of the SAP Consulting team, you will collaborate with clients from day one to drive productivity, value and impact by unlocking human potential and creating an organization that is resilient to risk, fit for the future and grounded in meaning for workers. As exponential technologies, new business models and regulation reshape the way people work, learn, collaborate and lead, we work with clients to ensure that their people strategy enables the business strategy.

In this role you will:

• Be involved in working with Swiss and international clients, supporting transformation projects by preparing deliverables and supporting workshops and client meetings
• Have access to structured learning and development opportunities to build your knowledge and understanding of our Consulting business, clients and market
• Contribute to business development and proposal creation by collaborating with different industry and account teams across Deloitte
• Be part of an incredibly diverse team of Consultants, with the opportunity to exchange ideas and contribute to the development of thought leadership

What do we do? Our SAP Consulting team helps organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Leveraging research, analytics, and industry insights, we support clients to design and execute critical programs from business driven and technology transformations

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you have to have. And others that would be really, really nice.

Required:

• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility to travel within Switzerland
• Be studying or have recently completed a University degree in a relevant field (Bachelor’s degree or preferably an advanced degree)

Preferred:

• Willingness to learn and get involved in a variety of client projects
• A curious mindset, problem solving skills and thirst for knowledge
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team
• A perspective on why a Consulting internship would complement your ongoing studies and career ambitions
