You are a passionate, energetic and inspirational Boutique Manager, with a deep experience and understanding of the luxury industry and client needs and the will to lead the future development of the IWC Boutique in Milan.

The Boutique Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Boutique to ensure profitability, Brand recognition, team development, superior Customer Service and Customer database building and development.

Budget Achievement

• Achieves monthly and yearly turnover as defined by the Brand
• Develops and executes strategies to meet KPI requirements
• Encourages and promotes new initiatives to increase business

Client Management & Visibility

• Building and Developing Customer database
• Provides an extraordinary Customer Service level
• Proposes local events and advertising opportunities to the platform and develops external relationships to ensure maximal exposure

People Management

• Sets goals for all Sales Associates and motivates team on a daily basis
• Figure out training and development of Sales Associates through coaching, one to one, regular and appropriate feedback and reviews their performance

Boutique Management & Administration

• Completes daily and monthly reporting to analyze business trends and needs
• Ensures communication with platform management and headquarters
• Manages Boutique Stock, reviews stock levels and communicates product needs
