Your role

Do you believe that digital trends will fundamentally change the business we operate in? Are you excited about managing challenging projects which involve various functions?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Support the Digital Transformation team in the ideation, creation and implementation of internal and external measures to further increase the awareness and usage of our digital solutions
  • Create digital assets for various channels including digital banners, infographics, website imagery
  • Coordinate with internal partners communication activities and campaigns that will be targeting our internal stakeholders
  • Assist with video shoots/event photography and post-production
  • Create and assist with the production of print collateral, including flyers, ads, posters, brochures, presentations and pitchbooks
  • Conceptualize low-fidelity prototypes for presentations and pitches
  • Prepare briefings on defined measures for external vendors or internal creative teams
  • Measure the success of communication activities and report on a regular basis.

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the GWM Omni-Channel Management Digital Transformation team in Zurich. As part of this team you will be at the beginning stage of UBS’ digital offering development for Wealth Management clients. From a strategic and development standpoint.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality
  • experience in designing and building cms based web-/microsites (or other kinds of web-presence)
  • basic understanding of digital marketing principles
  • passion for innovation, digital topics and trends
  • know-how gained from experience (or internship)
  • creativity, flair for design and visual storytelling
  • an exceptional eye for detail
  • the ability to visualize data in a smart and clear format
  • hands-on attitude and strong focus on execution and aptitude for connecting the dots with regards to concepts but also people
  • knowledge in Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Premiere) preferred
  • excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German is a plus
