Internship SCM Strategy and Process

Our goal is to create a supply base that works as an extended enterprise, creating value through continuous improvement in quality, technology, and logistics, while optimizing cost and sustainability.    For our Supply chain management team in Baden, we are looking for a highly motivated student who support us in our ongoing projects and duties. We can offer an interesting internship for 6 months with the possibility to extend. Are you a team player who is also able to work independently and ready to enrich our highly motivated team? Your responsibilities

• Support the refreshing of strategic sourcing methodology (content, tools and templates)
• Re-branding of content (e.g. training material, workbooks, etc.)
• Support refresh of training material (eLearning)
• Supervise and maintain VBA Macros in MS Office documents
• Develop standardized professional dashboards and reports in PowerBI

Your background

• Officially enrolled student in Computer Science, Software engineering, Business administration or a related field (mandatory)
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
• First experience in a multinational environment would be a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint are a must, Word is a plus
• VBA programming skills, experience with Macros and editing existing codes
• Good communication and technical writing skills
• Good foundation on good layout / document design principles
