Your tasks

• You will support workstream leaders in the implementation of new business processes and the related IT systems to run those processes.
• You will work with our clients to determine the business processes, document system requirements, identify system gaps, define functional requirements for system enhancements, support testing activities, and ensure system readiness.
• You will work with our clients’ teams to document and help teach them how to execute new business processes and use new technology systems, guiding and supporting their transition to a new way of working.
• You will become specialized in and train client end users on new technology and operating processes, supporting them through end user training, user acceptance testing, and transition to business as usual on new technologies.
• You will be responsible for the success of your workstream, and of the larger the project, meeting tight deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring issues are identified and resolved in collaboration with your project team members.
• You will work with stakeholders across multiple business functions, including technology partners, to improve operating processes and leverage implement modern technologies.
• You will deepen your expertise in both processes and technology systems through tailored trainings and access to learning and development.
• You will work in a multicultural environment, mixing languages, nationalities, and technical skills, which demands excellence delivered with flexibility and compassion for your colleagues.

Your profile

• You have a degree from a university, preferably in computer and information science, management information systems, engineering, management, or economics, and you have gained first experience in the consulting or insurance industry.
• You are interested to help companies implement new technologies and improve their operations.
• You pay attention to detail, have strong problem-solving skills, and are proficient in expressing complex concepts in simple terms.
• You have experience with process improvement and/or system implementation projects, including defining requirements, working with end users, and changing how work is performed. Ideally, you have experience identifying business needs and technical issues, documenting business requirements and functional requirements, and supporting system testing.
• You have applied and followed the concepts of an agile delivery methodology within project teams.
• You are familiar with modern insurance industry software, such as Guidewire, as a super user or an implementation team member.
• You are a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in the insurance industry.
• You are a passionate team player and share our company values.
• You are fluent (written and spoken) in English, and German or French.
• You are flexible to travel in Switzerland and/or abroad.
