Help our clients successfully manage global challenges

In this role, you will support national and international clients on simplifying, digitalising, optimizing, and improving their processes. You can make their operating models more effective or efficient or review and enhance risk frameworks to create superior customer experiences as well as improve financial performance. How you can make an impact

• Performing the due diligence quality checks for existing clients (i.e. AML, sanction, transaction monitoring, etc.) and verification of received documentation
• Verification and quality review of the client file updates performed by the Relationship Managers, to ensure appropriate KYC documentation of client relationships
• Be integrated into a project team from the beginning to engage with our client and build effective relationships
• Develop cohesive conclusions and participate in the report writing, analysis and presentation of results to clients
• Be part of an international and interdisciplinary team with plenty of learning on the job opportunities

Who we are looking for

• You have a legal or compliance background
• Previous experience reviewing KYC/AML client files for Banks or financial institutions (at least 6 months)
• You like to work in a structured, autonomous, and result-driven way and have an entrepreneurial, creative mind-set
• You feel motivated to apply your university degree knowledge to support our Financial Services Transformation team
• You are business fluent in English, and ideally in German
• Additional language skills that would be a big advantage: Russian, Ukrainian, Hebrew, Turkish
