IT Business Challenge (ITBC) is a life-changing event driven by P&G IT. IT Business Challenge (ITBC) also had to adapt and thus, the event will again be an online experience, designed to empower students to become competitive in their local, digital labour market. This event will be hosted by passionate IT leaders who will share their experience and knowledge with the participants.

How Does It Work?
1) QUALIFICATION STAGE
Submit your application before January 31, 2022 and answer the pre-qualification questions.
2) ONLINE ASSESSMENT STAGE
Complete the online assessment by February 7, 2022.
3) COUNTRY STAGE
Participants will pass through the country selection process until February 24, 2022.
4) SEMI-FINAL & FINAL CHALLENGE
Top students from all over Europe will be invited to a virtual 2-day event where they will go through the semi-final business case challenge, attend trainings and presentations from P&G IT leaders and network with P&G IT managers through 1-2-1 networking sessions. The best of the best, our finalists, will receive an additional 3 days of business case challenges and professional coaching for the ultimate personal growth experience with P&G IT.
