To support our IWC Global Sustainability Manager, at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an


Start Date: April 1st, 2022

Duration: 6 months


  • GRI Reporting
    • Support in developing the new GRI Report, which is released on a biennial basis including data collection, working groups coordination and communication
    • Organization of sustainability report publication logistics
  • Environmental Management
    • Contribute and support in strategizing and delivering a decarbonization strategy under consideration of SBTi
    • Ensure compliance with Sustainable Event Guidelines globally
  • Responsible Jewellery Council Re-Certification
    • Development of a project plan
    • Support in coordinating workgroups
  • Sustainability Communications
    • Support in drafting internal communications
    • Oversee and contribute to sustainability awareness days
    • Provide Sustainability information internally
    • Develop a concept for internal trainings to sensitize for topics such as recycling etc.

In this role you will support and take ownership of above mentioned projects and tasks and will participate in exciting strategic initiatives that will drive IWC Schaffhausen’s sustainability ambitions to a next level.¨


  • Bachelor or master’s degree in related field, preferably in the field of natural sciences
  • Knowledge of Sustainability concepts and approaches
  • Firsthand experience in auditing and understanding of Sustainability Standards is an advantage
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize various information and tasks
  • A multidimensional thinker with solid understanding of the business landscape, as well as the trends in sustainability, science, and socioeconomics
  • Ability to write concise briefing notes and guidelines
  • Hands-on personality that is used to working independently and flexibly and has a strong business acumen
  • Fluency in German and English is a must, French is a plus
