Consultant - French Client Tax Reporting
Do you have a passion for new technologies and are you interested in tax and financial topics? As part of the Client Tax Reporting team, you will advise our clients, gain an insight into the tax processing of bank data, and solve complex problems in an agile consulting environment. The focus is on Client Tax Reporting for French bank clients.
Your contribution to KPMG
- Process and assess bank data (e.g. interest or dividends) in accordance with the respective tax law requirements
- Be responsible for the controlling and cleansing of bank data
- Independently prepare country-specific tax reports for private individuals resident in France
- Develop new country modules for the in-house software with your team or expand existing ones
- Carry out tests as part of the quality assurance process
- Analyse existing processes and develop optimization options
- Act as a link to customers, understand their needs and create appropriate specifications
This is what makes you successful
- Degree (University, Applied Sciences) if applicable with majors in Banking & Finance, Computer Science or comparable
- First professional experience in banking or finance is an advantage, possibly as a business analyst
- Knowledge of French tax law is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of French and English
- High level of initiative, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and enjoy working on projects as part of a team
- Independent and well-organized way of working with a high level of quality awareness and reliability
