YOUR CHALLENGE

• Processing of all type of securities and derivatives transactions (ETD and OTC) on client level as well as on custodian level
• Securities settlement and trade processing
• EMIR reporting and investigation of issues related to the failed reports (Regis-TR)
• Regulatory reporting for ETD positions (CFTC, CME, other exchanges)
• Managing of lifecycle events such as corporate actions and option assignments
• Securities deliveries free and against payments
• Participate and supervise important change initiatives to drive operational excellence
• First point of contact with brokers, custodians and relationship managers and all other involved parties
• Reconciliation of holdings and investigation of breaks
• Identification of opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
• Daily cash management
• Supporting Compliance in case of regulatory changes or reporting requirements
• Documentation of processes, including the creation of detailed procedures

YOUR PROFILE

• Banking apprenticeship or Bachelor degree related to financial markets
• Good knowledge of EMIR reporting obligations
• Excellent communication skills / good team worker
• Good knowledge of Swift MT5XX / MX Messages (camt.57, pacs.009)
• Detail oriented and readiness of mind
• Good knowledge of financial markets and banking sector
• Experience in core banking application T24 as an advantage
• Knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Excellent English skills, German and other languages are beneficial
