We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Technology Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
- Be involved in the development of data pipelines using Python, Spark and a Big Data Cluster
- Be directly involved in increasing the quality level of the delivered applications, matching the latest quality standards
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance professionals to select and implement the optimal solution to complex business problems
- Gain exposure to light DevOps tasks, enhancing your understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Innovate by supporting the cloud journey by implementing and offering advice on technical, economical, and risk aspects
Your team
You would be working in the ‘Data Reporting Pod’ which is part of the reporting hub within the Trade & Transfer Assets (TTA) stream. We build, support, and transform applications to enable the extraction, transformation, and loading of large amounts of data originating from the TOPAZ Trading platform. It’s a very demanding, fast-paced, and exciting environment, this is the place to be and where we live an innovative and agile working model.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- Has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT topic, no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- Has experience with high-level programming languages, databases, and software
- Has experience with Python, Java or cloud technologies are generally a plus.
- Has a strong interest in enhancing the level of automation for the delivery (CI/CD, Testing)
- Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
- Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
