Interest in working in finance, specifically in real asset and infrastructure investing, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Asset Management Graduate Talent Program.
Start date: February 2026
You’ll get to:
- build expertise in private infrastructure investing and gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of infrastructure strategies.
- support the investment teams throughout the selection, due diligence and monitoring of infrastructure primary, secondary and co-investment opportunities
- collaborate cross-functionally with investment, operations, and client service teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience throughout the client lifecycle.
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
Your team
You will be working in our UGA Infrastructure team in Zurich. We are part of UBS Asset Management and manage indirect Infrastructure investments on behalf of both institutional and private clients globally.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- will graduate with a Bachelor or Master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to starting our program, with less than 12-months of full-time work experience post-graduation
- is fluent in English and German (written and spoken), Italian or French are a plus
- has a structured work style and is confident working autonomously
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- has a genuine interest in the infrastructure asset class and its subsectors

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of asset management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
