We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 asset management client coverage Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
- support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions
- learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes
- develop presentations for clients on the products and services offered by our team
- actively participate in monitoring and developing relationships with asset management institutional clients
Start date: February 2026
Your team
You’ll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering. Our team consists of client relationship managers and associates who work together to regularly monitor and develop business potential with pension funds and other institutional investors in French-speaking Switzerland. We are based in Geneva, covering the entire French-speaking part of Switzerland.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- will graduate with a Bachelor or Master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to starting our program, with less than 12-months of work experience post-graduation
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- has an interest in the investment and asset management sector, as well as in financial products intended for institutional clients
- is fluent in French with an advanced level of German and English

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of asset management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
