Your role

Interested in working in financial services, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate & Real Estate Valais Graduate Talent Program to:

  • identify clients’ needs and potential in order to offer them suitable solutions, particularly in terms of investment and asset management, within a comprehensive approach
  • contribute to the development of prospects and clients of the team
  • collaborate closely with other segments and specialists to offer clients complete solutions
  • prepare and participate in client visits and events
  • ensure administrative follow-up of client relationships, manage related risks, and respond to daily requests

You’ll get to:

  • build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
  • support teams who provide corporate, private and institutional clients with financial advice and solutions
  • learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes

Your team

You’ll be working amongst a team of client advisors in the Corporate & Real Estate Valais team. You’ll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • will graduate with a bachelor’s or ideally a master’s degree with no more than 18 months prior to starting our program and with less than 12 months of work experience post-graduation
  • has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
  • has an academic background in the field of Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
  • has knowledge of economic trends and local market dynamics of the Valais region, combined ideally with a local network
  • is fluent in French, German and English

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
