We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- monitor and review portfolios and international financial markets to identify opportunities and risks
- develop multi-asset proposals covering fixed income, equities, hedge funds, commodities and foreign exchange
- offer investment advice to sophisticated Swiss clients in-line with the UBS House View, deliver updates and ensure the seamless flow of information and ideas
- liaise with relationship managers and specialists firm-wide to enable processes, prospecting and acquisition efforts
- implement and track trade order execution
Your team
Premium Advisory Specialist (PAS) (former Active Advisory (AA)) offers discerning and active clients specific investment ideas that correspond to their individual investment strategies which can be implemented in their portfolios. The PAS is set up especially for clients who want more active consulting and whose complex and sophisticated investment requirements (multi assets) demand a tailored approach. A Premium Advisor, in close collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders (e.g. research, market information tools), works directly with clients and provide advice and guidance on investment products and services.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- is proficient in German and English
- demonstrates a strong interest in gaining an in-depth understanding of global financial markets and their key drivers
- is eager to learn how to manage risk and return within a client’s portfolio
- enjoys collaborating closely with senior active advisors to provide valuable support

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
