We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Group Compliance and Operational Risk Control Graduate Talent Program.

Your team
You’ll be working in Group Compliance and Operational Risk Control located in Zurich. We build trust, help safeguard our business, and strive for new ways to proactively identify and control existing and emerging risks. The team has a number of key responsibilities including operational risk, compliance, financial crime, government and regulatory affairs as well as investigations.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date, preferably in a quantitative or engineering field
- has values that align with ours: trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, understands, dissects and analyzes data to drive decisions and make recommendations using a structured work style coupled with distinct planning and execution abilities
- has sound judgement, curiosity and adaptability to a changing fast paced environment
- is a motivated, honest and reliable team player who takes a positive approach towards consistent demonstration of integrity, active collaboration and constructive challenges
- is reliable and resilient
- has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- has demonstrable data science skills focused on data and models, ideally in SQL and Python; and an appetite to develop further such capabilities
- is fluent in English

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of global markets. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
