Are you about to complete your master’s degree or recently graduated and ready to turn ambition into impact? At Julius Baer, we empower graduates to shape the future of wealth management.
Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.
Your first rotation team:
As part of the Group Strategy Team, you will support the Group CEO and Executive Board in strategic matters and play a key role in shaping the company’s future. Our teams responsibilities include defining the Group Strategy, managing the strategic cycle, and supporting the Group CEO and Executive Board on strategic projects.

YOUR CHALLENGE
- Drive group-wide strategic initiatives by conducting in-depth analyses, synthesising key insights, and developing high-quality presentations for senior management
- Advance the implementation of the group-wide strategic roadmap by coordinating strategic initiatives and programmes, ensuring alignment across business areas
- Prepare senior leadership for key meetings and milestones, including strategy offsites and full-year and half-year results, through well-structured briefing materials, strategic documents, and executive-level presentations
- Contribute to the strategic cycle through diverse ad-hoc assignments, spanning strategy communication, organisational topics, and strategic support
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in corporate strategy, finance and structural problem solving (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical experience in consulting
- Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in English with additional languages being a plus
- Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
