The Position

Join RDT (Roche Digital Technology) Group Functions in shaping the future of our organization. We are currently defining our Group Functions Strategy 2026 to ensure our central functions (HR, Finance, IT, Legal, etc.) deliver maximum value to RDT and our global business stakeholders. As an intern, you will work directly with the strategy leads to help build an adaptive strategy and roadmap for our next 3-year planning cycle. In this role, you will have Direct Impact by actively contributing to the 2026 strategic roadmap, gain High-Level Exposure and insights into how a global leadearship team steers a complex organization, and receive Mentorship by working closely with experienced strategists in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

The Opportunity:

  • Strategic Research: Conduct deep-dives into global trends affecting corporate functions (e.g., AI-driven automation, Next-Gen Shared Services, ESG integration).
  • As-Is Capability Mapping: Support the assessment of current business capabilities across all Group Functions to identify strengths and gaps.
  • Maturity Assessment: Assist in evaluating process maturity levels and identifying drivers for operational excellence.
  • Investment Case Support: Contribute to the development of the roadmap and investment cases that demonstrate the strategic value of our GFs.

Who you are:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business Administration, Economics, Strategic Management, or a related field) or graduated within 12 months prior to the start date.
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex information into clear narratives.
  • Moreover, you demonstrate excellent communication skills in English.
  • You have a proactive mindset with an interest in organizational design and transformation.

Additional information:

  • Start date for the internship is as soon as possible, with a duration of 6 -12 months
  • Part-time employment is not possible
  • For applicants from outside the EU/EFTA without a residence permit: a mandatory letter from the university is required, including duration, and a valid enrollment certificate.
