The Power+ Graduate Program as a springboard for a career in energy
Members of Hitachi Energy’s Global Power+ Graduate Development Program get the chance to embark on a truly unique learning and career development journey that will take them across three 6-month long work assignments before rolling off into a permanent position. While they are a full-time, permanent member of the team, each assignment is done within a different business segment and provides deep, experiential learning opportunities. Along the way, Hitachi Energy provides continuous career support with a career development curriculum and coaching. The company’s flagship early career rotational program is available in 13countries - Brazil, Canada, China, India, Italy, Japan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam - and is still growing.

The application period begins this upcoming spring!
Current or soon-to-be graduate in a STEM-subject with less than 1.5 years of post-studies work experience and proficiency in English can apply to the program this spring.
Open positions in Switzerland, Italy and Poland will be posted between March and April!
The Global Power+ Graduate Development Program begins on October 1st.
