What is Power+?
The Power+ Graduate Development Program is an 18-month graduate program consisting of three six-month rotational assignments. Participants choose assignments across different business lines, geographies, and working environments, building a diverse professional network and broad technical or commercial exposure.
But Power+ is much more than rotational assignments, training sessions, and professional development. Throughout the program, graduates become part of a global community, with numerous opportunities to connect, learn, and grow together beyond their day-to-day roles.
What to expect:
From day one, graduates have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities that support learning, networking, and community building.

- Welcome Apéro and onboarding activities

Speaking Dinners
One activity mentioned several times is the Speaking Dinner, where Power+ participants and senior managers come together for an informal, home-made dinner. The relaxed setting creates space to hear about career journeys, exchange perspectives, and get to know the person behind the role. For participants, it is a valuable opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues, build genuine connections, and gain inspiration for their own careers.
Power+ Lunches
The Power+ Lunches bring together current trainees, participants on assignments in Switzerland, and Power+ alumni for an informal exchange. They offer a chance to connect across different Power+ generations, share experiences, and expand networks while gaining insights into different areas and career paths within the company.
Summer & Winter Weekends
The Summer and Winter Weekends are another highlight of the Power+ experience. Away from the everyday work environment, these weekends give participants the chance to spend time together, get to know one another outside their assignments, and strengthen connections within the group.
Internal and external Excursions
Through internal and external excursions, Power+ participants have the chance to explore different parts of the company and gain insights beyond their own assignments. The excursions offer new perspectives while creating shared experiences within the Power+ community.
