Stronger together: The DACH FeMale Network at Hitachi Energy

The DACH FeMale Network is an internal initiative at Hitachi Energy that advocates for diversity, equality, and the advancement of women in the energy sector. The network provides a platform for sharing experiences, professional development, and collaboration. It organizes networking events, workshops, and webinars, supports peer coaching, and offers insights into production sites and research facilities. Its goal is to create an inclusive corporate culture and position the DACH region as a role model for lived diversity. Participation is open to all employees, regardless of role, background, or identity.

What began in 2019 with 14 members is now a community of over 500 people and continues to grow. The network connects all locations and functions in the DACH region and creates space for exchange and mutual support. The network stands for the following belief: Together we are stronger.
