Your role
Are you interested to get insight into Wealth Management and particularly in customer advisory service? Are you a Peoples Person and customer oriented? Are you interested in assisting customer advisors and support them reach their goals and to make our clients satisfied? Then we are looking for someone like that to support the Client Advisor and the Desk Head in daily business.
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You’ll be working in different Private Wealth team as well as in the Investment Advisory team, all under the lead of our Desk Head Stephan Wyssbrod, who will also be your mentor in the program. The Client Advisors are located in different branches all over the canton of Berne, with a hub in Berne city. We are an open, very experienced and focused team. Our core clients are wealthy private individuals. We are looking forward to gain new impulses and perceive your passion while working with you
Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- excellent German and English (written and oral)
Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
