Your role

Are you a solution-oriented thinker? Do you have strong analytical skills and are you interested in our business relationships with third party Banks? We are looking for someone to strengthen our Client & Business Enablement team for the client segment Banks:

• Support client events and conferences (e.g. SIBOS) by actively engaging in communication and event planning activities as well as interacting with international banks and stakeholders
• Support stakeholder engagement, meeting organization and preparation (consolidate input, agenda, design presentations, track action items)
• Support our team and Relationship managers with ongoing business initiatives (e.g. B2B) and look for ways to automate and make collaboration more efficient
• Manage information input for various monthly management and business reports
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Business Representatives, Risk Management, Business Management, Marketing, Operations, Legal, IT)
• Perform recurring as well as ad-hoc analysis and reporting with SAP Business Objects for sales and business purposes and enhance recurring reporting tools (e.g. optimize through automation)
• Support recurring activities for the maintenance of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool and global Management Information System (MIS)
• Provide first level support for users of the CRM tool and MIS as well as engage in the deliverables and planning of business sector owned projects (analysis of data, coordination and clarification with stakeholders, testing)

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client & Business Enablement Banks team within Institutional & Multinational Banking. As first line of defense for the Banks client segment, you’ll be the primary partner for the Head Banks Client Coverage and Head Transaction Banking Products as well as the product heads of Cash, Securities and Trade & Export Finance. Responsibilities range from improvement and maintenance of the Banks product shelf, driving the strategic agenda and leading projects in accordance with the priorities defined by the business sector/area. We offer you the opportunity to work in a very dynamic, multi-cultural and highly motivated team within a changing but challenging environment.

Your expertise

You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

You have:

• Excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Keen interest for the client segment Banks and the related products and processes
• Experience in working in a cross-functional and multi-cultural team
• Extensive past experience with MS Office
