Your role

Do you like working with people? Do you enjoy helping to develop ideas and getting them over the finish line? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Internship Program within Group Corporate Services.

You’ll get to:

• support the program managers in defining topics and working on the concept, organization, implementation and follow-up of the “Wolfsberg Dialogue Program” events (mainly in the areas of business, politics and society)
• actively support the Marketing & Business Development team in strategic positioning and external marketing as well as in the development and implementation of projects for UBS and Wolfsberg
• plan and realize social media content on LinkedIn
• process and analyze guest surveys
• create PowerPoint presentations and concepts, and research background information on topics and speakers

Your team

You’ll be working in UBS Group Corporate Services in our Ermatingen offices. Our team provides a wide variety of services globally to deliver a seamless work experience and optimal commercial opportunities for our firm. You will work in the Marketing & Business Development team at the Wolfsberg, UBS Conference center for Education and Dialogue in Ermatingen, Thurgau. The modern seminar center meets the highest standards in implementing conferences, seminars and events. It has a pronounced client focus, making an important contribution to the implementation of UBS’s strategic goals. In addition, we organize around 30 exclusive Thought Leadership events on relevant topics every year as part of the “Wolfsberg Dialogue Program”.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• enjoys working in a dynamic international environment as part of a team
• works in a structured, self-confident and independent manner
• has an excellent command of the German and English language (written and oral)
• is flexible, open and has a cooperative personality
• has good communication skills and is confidence in dealing with colleagues from all levels
• has extensive experience with MS Office

Your program

This paid internship will last 12 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
