Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Summer Internship Program within our Corporate and Institutional Clients business in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- support the client advisors in the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
- assist with loan applications and annual loan submissions
- collaborate in the creation of customer presentations
- participate in client meetings and assist where required
- support in projects and coordination activities
Your team
As a summer intern you will work in an experienced corporate clients team in Winterthur. We use individual strengths in the best possible way for the success of our clients and UBS. In addition to the team, specialists are available to assist you in all subjects.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- is currently enrolled in studies and will graduate in late 2025 or 2026
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is fluent in German, additional languages are a plus
- has good communication skills, confidence in dealing with colleagues at all levels
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- has interest in financial markets, figures, models and products

Your program
During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.
You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
