We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Group Technology.
You’ll get to:
- bring microservice architecture concepts to life using cutting-edge technologies like Kotlin, Java, REST & SOAP web services, Apache Kafka, Postgres DB, Kubernetes, Azure cloud, Splunk, DDD, TDD, BDD, and more
- build the next generation of our Booking Services ecosystem using modern programming paradigms and service
Your team
You will work in highly collaborative environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and skillsets. Together, you’ll tackle challenging problems as a team. You’ll be part of our Trade and Transfer Assets stream, working closely with Agile delivery units distributed across the globe. Our teams design, deliver, and operate state-of-the-art financial systems that offer best-in-class services to the bank’s clients.

Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree), preferably in a MINT topic
- has programming skills in Java (EE) and/or Kotlin
- has exposure to Spring and/or other similar frameworks, Unit testing, CI/CD, and modern dev workflows, SQL and relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, Postgres)
- has exposure to Git, JIRA, and Linux/UNIX, docker or other container runtime
- has experience with kafka and event streaming, fast-paced Agile environment
- is passionate about technology and all aspects of the software development lifecycle
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program
This paid internship will last 6-months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
