About Us:
ASPIRE is a global IT and Business Transformation program designed to deliver world-wide, user-friendly digital solutions for Roche. Our goal is to make our company operations as efficient as possible. At the heart of our program is the One Roche Enterprise, which represents the future of our current Enterprise systems. The ASPIRE program involves creating a unified process across our entire organization, with SAP S/4HANA at its core. This technology will replace our old and soon outdated SAP systems, offering a more integrated, simplified, and scalable solution. By adopting a standardized approach within SAP, which will be available to all our global entities, we are especially responsible for the implementation and deployment of this solution across Basel and Kaiseraugst. In your role as an intern, you will primarily support the OCM and PMO teams in ensuring the solution is adapted, integrated, and aligned with global and local needs. You will also work closely with the deployment and business teams to ensure a smooth implementation.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Management Support: Be part of our PMO team and contribute to the planning, monitoring, and controlling of projects. Gain hands-on insights into the different phases of the project lifecycle and learn project management methods and tools.
-
Organizational Change Management Support: Work closely with our Organizational Change Management team to help shape and implement our change strategy. Contribute to stakeholder analysis, communication, and measures that foster acceptance of change processes.

- Event & Logistics Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of project-related events, including All Hands meetings, Go-Live celebrations, and team-building activities. Tasks include booking venues, arranging catering, coordinating logistics, and preparing supporting materials.
- Creative Contributions: Ensure consistent project branding (e.g., slide formatting, newsletters) and support creative initiatives such as video production (e.g., with Camtasia), merchandise handling, and internal engagement campaigns.
- Independent Projects: Depending on your progress and interests, you will have the opportunity to independently manage small projects, strengthening your skills in project and organizational change management.
