Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) business in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- engage and co-lead (sub-)projects related to payments business for Banks
- support Cash Client Advisors (data analysis, clarifications with Operations, presentation)
- interact with Head of Cash to deliver on business management tasks
- gain knowledge about other transaction banking products
Your team
You will be based in Zurich working in the dynamic Global Cash Banks team (Zurich, New York, Hong Kong). The Cash team is part of the growing global Institutional & Multinational Banking (I&MB) business and services our Financial Institution clients worldwide providing cash clearing capabilities out of booking center Switzerland. You will be working within an international environment of multi-lingual colleagues covering dedicated portfolios of bank clients across the globe.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- has an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- has good communication skills, is comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- has a good command of Microsoft Office and is a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
- is fluent in German and English

Your program
This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
