We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business.
You’ll get to:
- facilitate new client acquisition activities; from identification to prioritization and assignments with our stakeholders (Market/Desk Heads, Relationship Managers, etc.) in the markets
- prepare client/prospect deep dives by researching relevant background information and identifying entry points and targeted pitch opportunities across all capabilities for a structured client/prospect discussion with the coverage team and respective experts to grow the business
- collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
- develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
- attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business
Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zurich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.
As part of the UHNW & GFIW Business Development team, you will be working in the Lead Generation Team identifying new leads to build market-specific prospect pools and to enable the conversion to UHNW/GFIW clients.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in other languages is a plus
- has a deep sense of client focus, and an interest in lead generation and development of prospect relations
- exemplifies values of drive, commitment and attention to detail
- is enthusiastic about doing extensive research around prospective clients to provide a holistic understanding of their private and corporate side
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
Start Date: March 2026

Your program
This paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
