The opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Lawyer (internship) who will focus on providing advice across multiple areas of business law related to Hitachi Energy’s legal rights and obligations.
How you’ll make an impact
- Assist in providing counseling on legal issues.
- Conduct legal research.
- Support counseling and preparation of governance material.
- Participate in the development and implementation of legal strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and directives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, regulations and directives.
- Participate in projects within the function and businesses.

Your background
- Recent law graduate.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Bar admission (or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to be agile and keen to learn.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Strong interest in technology and process improvement.
