Yournewresponsibilities

  • Champion experimentation & responsible AI: Encourage curiosity, safe exploration, and compliant use of AI across teams, actively seeking and integrating user feedback to improve enablement activities
  • Storytelling & engagement: Translate complex AI topics into accessible narratives, campaigns, and practical guides that resonate with mixed audiences
  • Workshop design & facilitation: Prepare and deliver interactive basic and advanced sessions tailored to different roles and levels of AI maturity. Collect feedback from participants and use it to continuously improve learning journeys and resources
  • Community activation: Help build and sustain communities of practice (e.g., AI Champions network), enabling peer learning and scale, and help maintain and enrich the internal knowledge base for AI enablement
  • Practical enablement: Create role‑specific job aids, micro learning modules, and “use tomorrow” resources that embed AI into daily workflows
  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with business, IT, and HR to align enablement activities with needs and strategic priorities
  • Measurement & improvement: Track adoption and engagement, capture value stories, and suggest improvements to maximize impact
  • Trend scanning: Stay current with AI industry developments and bring relevant insights back to the team and community
  • Ethical & safe use: Promote responsible AI practices consistent with Siemens policies and guidance

Yourtalents and experience

  • Education: Enrolled in a Master’s program in Information Systems, Data/AI, Engineering, Communications, or a related field with clear interest in AI
  • Communication excellence: Clear writer and confident presenter; able to explain complex topics simply to non‑technical audiences
  • Facilitation skills: Comfortable designing and leading workshops; adept at gathering and integrating feedback
  • Consulting mindset: Structured problem‑solving, stakeholder empathy, strong follow‑through, and polished delivery
  • Curiosity & initiative: Proactive learner with a genuine interest in AI enablement and change management
  • Languages: English required; German is a strong plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating micro learning, job aids, or playbooks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (e.g., Copilot), SharePoint/Confluence, and basic analytics for tracking adoption
  • Exposure to change management methods or community building (e.g., Champions networks)
