Your team
Join the Legal Financial Products, Credit & Operations unit and become part of the Group General Counsel team. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into the daily work of the legal team covering the Markets, Credit and Banking Operations units, with focus on financial products. You will be actively involved in legal assessments in these fields, gaining first-hand experience and acquiring relevant knowledge and personal skills.
YOUR CHALLENGE
What to work on:
- Checks of Hedge Fund documentations regarding Nominee risks
- Legal assessments connected to financial products
- Implementation of regulatory requirements into the Bank’s framework
What to learn:
- Insights in the daily work of the legal team covering financial products
- Collaboration with other units, amongst others the Markets/Trading unit
- Enhance know-how in financial instruments
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field of law
- Initial practical experience in a bank or a law firm and skills/knowledge in finance is a plus
- Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in German & English, with additional languages being a plus
- Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit
