Data Analytics Internship – Quality & CI 80 - 100% (f/m/d) Nouveau
The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Intern to support our Quality & Continuous Improvement team. In this role, you will help strengthen our data analytics capabilities by using Microsoft data tools to build robust data models, develop KPI dashboards, and generate clear, actionable insights from time‑series and operational data. You will also contribute to improving internal tools, documentation, and training materials, including the creation of training content using AI tools. The duration of the internship is 6 months.
How you’ll make an impact
- Build and maintain Power BI data models and DAX measures for key KPIs; design dashboards that communicate trends, drivers, and anomalies
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) using Power BI/Excel and, when needed, Azure notebooks; define metrics and validation approaches aligned to business objectives
- Implement practical forecasting/anomaly detection baselines; compare methods and document results, assumptions, and recommended next steps
- Collaborate with data engineers to clarify data structures, ensure data quality, and set refresh schedules; apply RLS and incremental refresh when appropriate
- Maintain reproducible analytical assets (PBIX, SQL queries, notebooks) and clear documentation (metric definitions, data lineage, change logs)
- Support the design improvement and regular updates of the Quality & Continuous Improvement SharePoint site
- Maintain and enrich the Training Catalog with the latest content and structure as well as assist with inquiries and help manage with the data and reporting of the development activities
- Support training content creation with AI tools, feedback collection and processing
Your background
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Industrial/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Power BI skills, including DAX and thoughtful dashboard design, are part of your toolkit
- Experience with Power Query and SQL enables you to handle data confidently
- Advanced Excel functions and PivotTables come naturally to you
- Knowledge of statistics and essential ML concepts helps you analyze data effectively
- You communicate with clarity across non‑technical audiences, while keeping your PBIX, SQL, and notebook workflows structured and reproducible
