Your role
Are you interested in Investment Product and Services? Are you an organized person with attention to details?
We’re looking for someone like that to:
- General support of the daily business & coordination of production issues (organize, join and follow-up on emergency calls)
- Send out external client information in case of production issues
- Prepare & join weekly meetings with IT and Ops incl. prepare issue lists, etc.
- Maintain the production issues list & follow up on production IT fixes
- Collect date & prepare end month PnL reports
- Do monthly statistics with regards to run-the-bank issues

Your team
We are working in the IPS GMIS CFMP execution area and handle day-to-day production issues by covering all asset classes (i.e. Equities, Structured Products, Fixed Income, Primary Funds as well as FX). We handle and coordinate production issues front-to-back by closely cooperating with business representatives, IT as well as Operations. We are responsible of a smooth release management from business side and ensure production issues are correctly prioritized and fixed in a timely manner based on our risk assessment. In addition we take care from a business perspective that IT production issues being in a backlog are properly maintained, prioritized and released.
Your expertise
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have not yet completed your master’s degree.
In particular, you are:
- flexible
- keen perception
- accurate
- highly risk aware
- market and front-to-back process know-how
- ability to work under pressure
- profound Excel as well Access know how (preferable)
- German/English fluently
But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:
- analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
- plan, organize and communicate well
- make things happen
- stick with a task
- work in a team
- come up with ideas
